Accordingly, the Party Committee of the City People's Committee has issued Decisions approving the title of Secretary of the Party Committee of Hai Phong University for the term 2025 - 2030 for Mr. Bui Xuan Hai; approving the title of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hai Phong University for the term 2025 - 2030 for Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien.
The Chairman of the City People's Committee has signed Decisions appointing Mr. Bui Xuan Hai to hold the position of Rector of Hai Phong University; Mr./Ms.: Nguyen Thi Hien, Tran Quoc Tuan and Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhan to hold the position of Vice Rector of Hai Phong University.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vu Tien Phung, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, congratulated the officials who were trusted and appointed to hold positions. The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee affirmed that this is a team of officials who have gone through many challenges, have capacity and experience, made important contributions to the school's achievements and are trusted by leaders at all levels.
The Vice Chairman requested the school's leadership collective to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, quickly stabilize the organizational structure in the direction of streamlining, efficiency, and effectiveness; promote innovation in scientific research activities, improve the quality of research topics serving the development of the city; pay attention to training and fostering a contingent of officials and lecturers to ensure sufficient quantity and strong quality.
City leaders will continue to pay attention and create conditions for Hai Phong University to promote the effectiveness of facilities, do a good job of enrollment, improve training quality, thereby providing high-quality human resources to serve the development of the city and the country.
