Attending the program were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation and departments, agencies, and branches of the province, along with a large number of ethnic minorities living in the border areas of Quang Duc, Quang Ha, Duong Hoa, Cai Chien communes...
The program is organized to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party; celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2026) and celebrate the new year of Binh Ngo.
In a warm atmosphere, filled with military-civilian affection, officers and soldiers of the Border Guard and people participated in many meaningful activities such as performing cultural performances imbued with the cultural identity of ethnic groups in border areas; Chung cake wrapping contest, day cake pounding and traditional folk games.

On this occasion, the Provincial Border Guard Command and coordinating units presented 107 Tet gifts to policy families, households in difficult circumstances, and children in the program "Raising Steps for Children to School - Foster Children of Border Guard Stations"; presented 200 gifts through the "0 VND" booth to people in the area.
The Provincial Border Guard Command has also coordinated to organize medical examinations and free medicine distribution for people; visit and give gifts to relatives of people with meritorious services and policy families.

It is expected that the program will give over 1,500 gifts to policy families, especially difficult households, and poor students overcoming difficulties; organize medical examinations and free medicine distribution for people; donate necessities with a total budget of about 1.6 billion VND, organize for officers and soldiers to celebrate Tet with the people and welcome the "adopter children of the Border Guard Station" to the unit to celebrate Spring.
